Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Ayantrix Solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, where the individual will engage with prospects, conduct meetings and presentations, and promote the company’s technology and AI-driven solutions. Daily activities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal technical and marketing teams,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves managing relationships with existing accounts, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to leadership on customer needs and competitive offerings. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Madurai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet targets within defined timelines.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and an understanding of sales funnels and metrics is an advantage.
