We're Hiring | Operations Executive | Mumbai We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend operations, documentation, KYC, and investor lifecycle management. ?

Prabhadevi, Mumbai ?

Experience:
1–2 years ? Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or Operations ⏰

Working Hours
10 AM – 7 PM ? Working Days: Monday–Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays working) ? Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations, investor onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
• Process investment transactions, payouts, and redemptions within defined timelines.
• Verify investor documents and maintain accurate records in line with applicable compliance requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and Technology teams.
• Assist with reconciliations,



transaction tracking, and process improvements.
• Address routine investor queries and ensure a smooth investor experience. Required

Skills:
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in financial services, fintech, real estate, or investor operations.
• Working knowledge of KYC, onboarding documentation, and basic SEBI/RERA compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills. Valuable to Have:
• Experience in a startup, fintech, or proptech environment.
• Exposure to fund operations or investor operations.
