Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential retail brands, franchisees, and tenants for leasing opportunities.
• Handle leasing of retail shops, kiosks, showrooms, and commercial spaces.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, brokers, property consultants, and brand networks.
• Conduct site visits and present available spaces to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms, security deposits, lease periods, and other commercial terms.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and ensure timely closure of leasing deals.
• Coordinate with legal and internal teams for lease documentation and execution.
• Maintain tenant databases, leasing pipelines, and regular MIS reports.
• Track competitor malls, market rental rates,



and retail leasing trends.
• Work towards achieving leasing targets and improving occupancy levels. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, or commercial real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Positive understanding of retail brands, leasing processes, and commercial terms.
