Job Description
The Operations Manager at Eye-Q Eye Hospitals will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Eye-Q Eye Hospitals, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to streamline processes and improve patient care.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide leadership and support to the operations team,
