Job Description
• 10+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience, with robust expertise in Health Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong knowledge of patient/member management, care coordination, care plans, and healthcare data models.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with EHR/EMR and third-party healthcare systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Expertise in solution design, security, performance optimization, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams.
