Job SummaryWe are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Sr. Manager – Promotions & Fundraising to lead promotional campaigns, fundraising initiatives, partner acquisition, and donor engagement. The role involves developing marketing strategies, driving fundraising growth, managing digital and offline promotions, and strengthening partner relationships through effective communication and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Promotions & Marketing
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase awareness, partner enrollment, engagement, and fundraising.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, telephone, print, and other relevant channels.
• Identify target audiences and implement segmented marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional content, creatives, videos, advertisements, and campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. 2. Fundraising & Partner Acquisition
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve partner acquisition and revenue targets.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities, target segments, and potential partner networks.
• Drive partner enrollment, contribution growth, retention, and reactivation.
• Plan and execute campaigns to encourage recurring contributions and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
• Explore innovative, technology-driven fundraising methods and promotional initiatives. 3. Donor Relationship Management
• Develop strategies for partner engagement, retention, and relationship building.
• Ensure effective partner communication, timely follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to maintain accurate partner data, segmentation, and campaign records.
• Analyze partner behavior and contribution trends to improve engagement and retention. 4.



Digital Marketing & Technology
• Leverage digital marketing, social media, online advertising, email campaigns, and data analytics to improve fundraising outcomes.
• Work with relevant teams to implement marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital engagement solutions.
• Track campaign reach, lead generation, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and fundraising performance. 5. Team Management & Coordination
• Lead, guide, and monitor the promotions and fundraising team.
• Set targets, allocate responsibilities, review performance, and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Coordinate with Partner Services, Media, Digital Marketing, Finance, and other relevant departments.
• Build productive workflows and ensure adherence to approved budgets, processes, and organizational policies. 6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare periodic reports on fundraising collections, partner enrollment, campaign performance, retention, and promotional expenditure.
• Analyze performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure transparency, accurate reporting, and accountability in all fundraising activities. Required Skills & Competencies
