Role Description The Brand Creative Designer is a full-time role responsible for shaping and maintaining The Good Period’s visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. This hybrid position is based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand concepts, designing marketing and campaign assets, creating social media and web visuals, and ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, preparing assets for print and digital channels,



and participating in brainstorming sessions for new product launches and educational content. The Brand Creative Designer will continuously refine design templates, stay updated on design and sustainability trends, and help translate brand strategy into engaging, accessible creative work. Qualifications
• Strong visual design skills, including branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms).
• Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
• Ability to develop concepts from brief to final execution and maintain consistent brand guidelines.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and basic knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
