Role Description The Article Assistant will support the firm’s audit, accounting, and taxation assignments under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and supporting tax return preparation and compliance documentation. The role also involves collecting and organizing client data, performing basic financial analysis, and helping with working papers and reports for project finance and consultancy engagements.



The Article Assistant may contribute to research on tax and regulatory updates and assist in preparing summaries or presentations for internal and client use. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. Qualifications
• Enrollment as a Chartered Accountancy student (IPCC/Intermediate cleared or as per Institute requirements) and eligibility to undertake articleship training.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation principles, with the ability to apply them in practical assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with accounting and tax software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in working papers and reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, professional conduct with clients, and the ability to work in a team-based environment.
• High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and openness to working across domains such as audit, taxation, project finance, and consultancy.
• Prior internship or practical experience in an accounting or CA firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
