Role Description The Meta Ads Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. Day-to-day work includes setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, defining targeting and audiences, creating and testing ad creatives and copy, and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. The specialist will collaborate closely with the strategy, design, and content teams to align campaigns with client goals, landing pages, and overall marketing funnels.



Additional responsibilities include preparing performance reports, recommending optimizations based on data insights, staying updated on Meta platform changes and best practices, and contributing to broader performance marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong Meta Ads expertise, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization for conversions.
• Proficiency in performance marketing and analytics tools, such as Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, and basic reporting dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with design and content teams on ad creatives, copy, and landing page alignment to improve campaign performance.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, remarketing, A/B testing, and integration with Google Ads and other channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience working in an agency or performance marketing environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
