Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month Expected In-Hand

About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in international travel processes to join our TUI customer support team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle travel-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to international travel bookings, reservations, and travel services.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary-related concerns, as per process guidelines.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions through designated customer support channels.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.




• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process-specific procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Travel Process.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office and in assigned shifts. Salary & Perks
• CTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month.
• In-hand: Approximately ₹27,000 per month, subject to salary structure and deductions.
