Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Cromwell’s academic programs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, email, and digital channels; explaining program offerings, entry requirements, and career outcomes; and supporting applicants in completing documentation. The role involves conducting admissions interviews, evaluating applications, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.



The Senior Admissions Counselor will also participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, campus events, and school/college visits, and will contribute to meeting admissions and conversion targets while maintaining high standards of student service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide timely, accurate, and supportive guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Candidates should possess sales skills, including consultative selling and conversion-focused follow-up, to meet admissions targets ethically and transparently.
• Candidates should possess education-related skills or experience, such as academic advising or counseling, and an understanding of higher education systems.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field); a master’s degree or counseling certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, or education counseling, preferably in an international or higher education context.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple applications and deadlines, and use CRM or admissions management systems efficiently.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, qualified ethics, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory student support.
