• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy) or Marketing
• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing (preferably in COPPER , CTC, PICC,Enamelling or Transformers or transfomers components industry)

Key Responsibilities
? 1. Market Development & Lead Generation Identify and qualify potential customers Develop lead databases through research, exhibitions, and digital channels. Track and convert leads in coordination with the sales team. ? 2.



Technical Marketing Support Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets. Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals, prequalification documents, and RFP responses. Coordinate product trials or sample deliveries with technical departments. ? 3. CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Track customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM dashboards ? 4. Customer & Event Coordination Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback collection. Support the planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours. Handle post-event follow-up and documentation.
