Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production & Operations Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Production & Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end production planning and event operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of weddings and corporate events. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing production schedules, supervising on-ground setup and logistics, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. The role involves monitoring resource utilization, identifying process improvements, managing risk and contingency plans,



and maintaining accurate operational documentation and reports. The manager will also be expected to lead and mentor production staff, foster a culture of safety and efficiency, and uphold Party Cruisers’ commitment to exceptional client service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to manage timelines, resources, and on-site execution for multiple events.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to oversee end-to-end event operations, vendor coordination, logistics, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and to lead and motivate on-ground staff.
• Experience in event production, hospitality, or related industries, with a track record of managing large or complex events.
• Ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in operations, event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
