As our Logistics & Warehouse Manager, you’ll own finished goods inventory, warehouse coordination, and client dispatches across our Nashik unit and warehouses in Taloja and Bangalore. What you’ll own
• Maintain accurate finished goods inventory across Nashik, Taloja, and Bangalore.
• Plan stock transfers, warehouse replenishment, and client dispatches.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain cold chain requirements across storage, handling, and transportation.
• Keep dispatch documentation, transfer records, delivery tracking, and inventory reconciliation accurate and up to date.
• Continuously look for ways to optimize the supply chain management (SCM) P&L;: reduce avoidable costs without compromising product integrity or customer service.
• Improve shipment consolidation, load utilization, routes, dispatch frequency, and transporter rates.
• Optimize warehouse utilization, storage charges, and handling costs.
• Reduce sampling costs through better planning, packaging, consolidation, and logistics partner selection.
• Track logistics and warehousing costs, identify cost leakages, and turn improvement opportunities into measurable savings.
• Resolve delivery delays, stock discrepancies, temperature deviations, damages, and claims.
• Guide the Logistics Associate handling day-to-day warehouse and sampling operations.
• Use data, AI, and practical automation to improve visibility and operational efficiency.



Who we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cold chain logistics and warehousing.
• Experience with cold chain 3PL/4PL providers, food businesses, or large QSR supply chains.
• Robust transporter negotiation and warehouse partner management skills.
• A working understanding of temperature-controlled inventory, stock rotation, and dispatch planning.
• Someone who thinks beyond “goods dispatched” to delivery reliability, cost per shipment, and overall SCM profitability. Base
