S. business hours We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience preparing and managing placed-in-service (PIS) packages for U.
S. affordable housing projects under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review and coordinate PIS/IRS Form 8609 submission packages.
• Collect and verify certificates of occupancy, cost certifications, financing documents and owner certifications.
• Coordinate with developers, owners, CPAs and state housing agencies to resolve outstanding requirements.
• Track deadlines and ensure accurate, complete and timely submissions.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience handling LIHTC PIS packages and the Form 8609 issuance process.
• Robust attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work remotely from India during U.
S. business hours.
