Role Overview This is an HR Operations internship focused on hiring and recruitment. You'll carry out the tasks that keep our hiring moving, from screening applicants and fixing interviews to issuing offer letters, working directly with the Founder & CEO. The roles you'll hire for are tech roles, mainly Salesforce developers, admins and consultants. This is hands-on work from day one.

Key Responsibilities
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates against the role requirements
• Research and source candidates on LinkedIn
• Fix interviews and coordinate schedules between candidates and interview panels




• Keep candidates updated and follow up at every stage of the process
• Issue offer letters and manage joining documentation
• Maintain the hiring tracker and candidate database
• Take on other HR operations tasks assigned during the hiring and recruitment phase Required Skills & Experience Must have
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn research to find and evaluate candidates
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage several candidates at once
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs, email)
• Discretion with confidential information
• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA / PGDM in HR, BBA, or a related degree Preferred
• Past HR internship experience
• Past part time or internship experience in tech hiring
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri or LinkedIn Jobs Why Join Us
