Job Description Overview
The Reliability Operations Engineer II provides advanced troubleshooting and remediation across infrastructure, network, and Kubernetes environments. This role drives incidents through resolution, develops operational procedures, and mentors junior engineers.
This position supports a 24x7 operations environment. Engineers are typically assigned to a day, mid, or night shift; however, flexibility is required to occasionally provide coverage across other shifts based on business needs.
This role requires onsite presence in Hyderabad five days per week.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform incidents.
Perform Kubernetes/OpenShift operational tasks, including node recovery and platform remediation.
Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to diagnose issues.
Develop and maintain runbooks and Operational Instructions.
Support GitOps-based changes and incident management processes.
Mentor ROE-I engineers and promote operational best practices. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, platform, or network operations.
Robust Kubernetes/OpenShift administration experience.
Experience with Cisco SDN/SDA, IP routing, and BGP.
Advanced Linux troubleshooting skills.
Strong incident management and log analysis experience.




Experience working within GitLab/GitOps environments.
Ability to support a shift-based operations environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Terraform and/or Ansible experience.
Dell PowerEdge hardware diagnostics.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, or Vector.
Exposure to Wiz and telecom/network-function environments.
Experience driving automation and operational improvements.
