Job Description - Assess the existing design-system engineering ecosystem across Figma, Storybook, code repositories and component libraries
- Identify gaps between design assets and coded components
- Establish and prioritize an engineering backlog with the client
- Define component architecture and engineering best practices
- Evaluate framework compatibility across web and mobile requirements
- Guide design-token and Figma-to-code patterns
- Provide guidance around repository structure, documentation, contribution, versioning and release practices
-Perform technical and code reviews
- Partner directly with a Senior Design Systems Engineer on implementation
-Develop technical guidance that improves developer onboarding and DLS adoption
-Remain hands-on with engineering where appropriate Skills and Requirements -10+ years of front-end engineering experience, including
5+ years in enterprise front-end architecture or technical leadership
-5+ years of hands-on React and TypeScript experience
-3+ years architecting, leading or governing an enterprise design system or shared component platform
-Demonstrated experience with Storybook, reusable component-library architecture and shared front-end repositories
-Experience establishing Figma-to-code workflows and design-token standards
-Experience defining component governance,



contribution models, versioning and release practices
-Strong experience leading technical reviews and producing developer-facing architecture and implementation documentation
- Experience supporting both web and mobile design systems
- React Native or comparable mobile framework exposure
-Accessibility implementation experience
