Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Technical Recruiter to support our recruitment activities across the European market while working remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for European clients, with a strong understanding of European hiring practices, candidate availability, and technical skill requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for European client requirements.

- Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, skilled networks, and Boolean searches.

- Screen candidates against job descriptions and mandatory technical requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate discussions to assess technical experience, communication skills, availability, location, and work authorisation.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups.

- Prepare quality CV submissions with relevant experience clearly aligned to client requirements.

- Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment pipeline updates.





- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet submission targets and hiring deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.

- Prior experience recruiting for European clients is a high priority.

- Good understanding of European IT markets, particularly Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France.

- Experience recruiting for roles across areas such as Software Development, Data & AI, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP, and Business Analysis.

- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other recruitment platforms.

- Excellent candidate screening, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidate submissions within agreed timelines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with IT consulting companies, staffing firms, or recruitment agencies serving European clients.

- Familiarity with European contract and freelance recruitment models.

- Existing European IT candidate networks.
