To lead the techno-commercial operations of the knits processing division by driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and expanding market presence across domestic and export segments. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Business Development Drive business development and customer acquisition in knit processing Build strong networking and customer relationships in and around Tirupur Handle key customer discussions, negotiations, and commercial activities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for business growth Operations & Production Management Oversee end-to-end processing operations and production performance Ensure production planning, quality standards, and timely delivery Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and process performance Coordinate closely with production, quality, and commercial teams Techno-Commercial Leadership Manage commercial planning, costing, and profitability initiatives Support pricing strategies and business expansion activities Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations,
