ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer you will do everything expected of a Senior Full Stack Engineer, plus lead Architecture & Solutioning across the organization. You will own end-to-end system architectureacrossfrontend,backendandplatform,designsolutionsforcomplexbusinessproblems,set engineering standards, lead technology and build-vs-buy decisions, and provide technical leadership across teams while mentoring senior engineers.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Core Delivery (includes all Senior-level responsibilities)

- Everything in the Senior Full Stack Engineer role: end-to-end feature and service ownership, module/servicedesign,performance/scalability/securitydecisions,andon-call/productionownership

Architecture & Solutioning:

- Own end-to-end system architecture across frontend, backend and platform
- LeadarchitectureforscalableAIbackendplatforms(multi-serviceworkflows,toollayer,retrieval, evaluation/monitoring)
- Design solutions for complex business problems
- Write architecture decision records (ADRs) and technical design documents
- Choosetechnologiesandbuildframeworks,includingfrontendcomponentlibrary/designsystem foundations
- Make distributed systems, microservices, event-driven, cloud and infrastructure design decisions
- Planscalability,reliability,observabilityandsecurityarchitecture(SLOs,capacityplanning, AuthN/AuthZ, multi-tenant isolation)
- Engage with stakeholders and clients on solutions

Cross-Team Leadership

- Provide technical leadership across teams
- Define engineering standards (workflow reliability, testing strategy, accessibility, review discipline)
- Lead build-vs-buy decisions
- Reduce tech debt through planned refactoring and architecture evolution
- Mentor senior engineers

- Strong production experience with React + TypeScript (hooks, routing, React architecture)
- Tailwind CSS at scale consistent patterns and reusable UI primitives
- Testing with React Testing Library, Jest/Vitest and Playwright E2E, integrated in CI
- State and caching with React Query/SWR and Zustand/Redux Toolkit
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
