Job Description – Senior Admission Counselor

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and presentable Senior Admission Counselor to manage prospective student interactions, conduct campus orientations, and convert qualified leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver a welcoming and informative campus experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective students and follow up with qualified leads through in-person meetings, WhatsApp, and email.

* Counsel students on suitable programs based on their interests, goals, and career aspirations.

* Coordinate and manage campus visits, student orientations, and visitor experiences.

* Conduct orientation sessions to explain programs, campus facilities, and the admission process.

* Address student queries, handle objections, and guide candidates throughout the admission journey.

* Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

* Participate in campus events, open houses, outreach activities, and admission drives.

* Maintain accurate records of student interactions,



lead status, campus visits, and admission conversions in the CRM.

* Prepare regular reports on visitor feedback, counselling activities, and conversion performance.

* Ensure a qualified and positive experience for every prospective student and visitor.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.

* Strong counselling, relationship-building, and convincing skills.

* Confidence in conducting presentations and orientation sessions.

* Target-driven approach with a focus on admission conversions.

* Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management is preferred.

* Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.

Eligibility Criteria

* 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, guest relations, hospitality, or front-office operations.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a confident personality may also apply.

* Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site, student-facing role.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
