We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in telefundraising for NGOs, charitable trusts or nonprofit organisations who understand donor engagement, fundraising appeals, handling objections and converting conversations into donations. What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in telefundraising and donor acquisition.
• Confidence in making fundraising calls and engaging potential donors.
• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work towards fundraising targets.
• Experience in NGO fundraising is essential. ?
