The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, enhancing, and optimizing real-time communication systems, along with a solid understanding of Linux, networking protocols, and multithreaded programming.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C++17 and modern C++ programming practices.
• Develop, customize, and enhance FreeSWITCH modules and telephony solutions.
• Implement and integrate VoIP functionalities, including SIP signaling and RTP media streaming.
• Develop efficient, multithreaded applications for real-time communication systems.
• Work with Linux-based environments for development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to call processing, media handling, network communication, and system performance.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust communication solutions. Required Skills
• C++17: Solid proficiency in modern C++, STL, Boost libraries,



and object-oriented programming.
• FreeSWITCH Development: Mandatory hands-on experience developing, customizing, or maintaining FreeSWITCH-based solutions.
• VoIP Integration: Practical experience with VoIP systems, SIP signaling, and RTP media protocols.
• Linux: Strong experience with Linux-based development, debugging, and system-level programming.
• Multithreading: Expertise in concurrent programming, synchronization, and performance optimization. Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and network communication protocols.
• Experience with real-time communication and telephony platforms.
• Knowledge of call routing, session management, and media processing.
• Experience in debugging complex production issues and optimizing low-latency systems.
