Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur, responsible for driving the strategic, operational, and commercial growth of EventMadeEasy. This role includes defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with technical and design teams to improve the platform. The Co-Founder will oversee sales and marketing initiatives, build and manage vendor relationships, and engage directly with customers to understand market needs and refine the value proposition. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing performance metrics,



managing budgets, representing the company in meetings and events, and building a strong, inclusive team culture. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams, negotiating with vendors, and engaging with customers and partners.
• Proven sales experience, with the ability to develop pipelines, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
• Marketing skills in brand positioning, digital campaigns, and go-to-market strategies for technology platforms.
• Research skills to understand market dynamics, user behavior, competitor offerings, and emerging industry trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of initiative-taking, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced workplace.
• Experience in event management, hospitality, or SaaS products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
