- Intern to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support onboarding activities, including document collection and employee induction.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases/HRMS.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters,



and employment-related correspondence.
• Support background verification and employee documentation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as required. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skill
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace Why Join Us
