Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Develop and optimize manufacturing capacity plans.
• Prepare and monitor annual manufacturing budgets.
• Plan facility expansion and infrastructure development.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
• Design productive manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Optimize material flow and logistics within the facilities.
• Drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Identify and implement capacity improvement measures.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects ensuring compliance and safety. Preferred Industries Manufacturing Education Qualification Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical General Experience 5 to 8 years in Manufacturing out of which 3 to 4 years in Process Engg. / Mfg. Engg. would be preferred
