The role demands a proactive individual capable of managing plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with environmental standards. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support the overall manufacturing process. • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Oxygen Plant during assigned shifts to ensure uninterrupted production and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor plant equipment performance, conduct regular inspections, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies within the plant.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and production teams to optimize plant processes and improve overall productivity.




• Maintain accurate operational records, prepare shift reports, and communicate critical information to senior management and relevant departments.
• Lead and mentor shift personnel, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance and safety awareness.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, reduce costs, and increase energy efficiency.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution to handle any plant incidents effectively.
