Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant Location: Mumbai Exp: 4 to 8 years Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant Location: Mumbai Kandivali Experience: 4 Years 1 End to End Implementation Project Mandatory Lead the design configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules for global HR processes. Work with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions. Perform end-to-end configuration for EC components such as Foundation Objects Position Management Workflows MDF Background Element Business Rules Data Models Event Reason Derivations Global Assignments RBP Time Off etc. Support integration design between Employee Central and downstream HR/Payroll systems (SAP ECC S/4HANA Payroll third-party systems). Conduct UT (Unit Testing)



SIT UAT data validation and production migration activities. Perform EC quarterly release analysis impact assessment and configuration updates. Drive data migration activities including templates transformation and load validations. Prepare detailed functional specification documents configuration guides test scripts and training materials. Work closely with cross-module teams (Recruiting Onboarding Compensation LMS MDF Objects Time) for aligned solution delivery. Provide post-go-live support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for EC and integrations. Valuable to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration and related SAP modules.
