Job Description: MIS Executive – Excel & ESOP/Equity Management Location: Bengaluru – 1st Floor No. 128/9 Maruthi Sapphire 35 HAL Old Airport Road Murugeshpalya Bengaluru Experience: 2 Years Compensation: Up to 6 LPA Department: MIS / Operations About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills and experience in preparing reports managing data and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to employee stocks ESOPs equity management or employee shareholding records . Key Responsibilities Prepare maintain and update daily weekly and monthly MIS reports. Work extensively with MS Excel including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP IF formulas SUMIFS and data validation. Collect consolidate analyse and verify data from multiple sources. Maintain accurate employee stockholding ESOP equity allocation or shareholding records wherever applicable. Track employee stock options vesting schedules allocations exercises and related data based on the company's requirements. Perform data reconciliation identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.



Maintain proper documentation records and confidentiality of sensitive employee and equity-related information. Coordinate with HR Finance and other teams for data collection verification and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce Business Administration Finance Statistics or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS reporting data management or a related role. Robust working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheet-based reporting. Practical experience with Pivot Tables lookup formulas conditional formatting and data cleaning. Exposure to ESOPs employee stock ownership equity administration shareholding records or stock-related operations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidates Candidates with experience in ESOP administration equity operations employee shareholding management cap table maintenance or stock option tracking will be preferred. Note: Knowledge of stock-market trading is not mandatory. The focus is on managing and maintaining company equity employee stock or ESOP-related records. Compensation Up to 6 LPA depending on experience and suitability.
