Proven experience as a Technical Lead Senior Support Engineer Escalation SME or Technical Specialist with a strong track record of resolving complex technical issues and driving outcomes across multiple resolver groups. Deep hands-on expertise supporting Microsoft 365 services including Outlook Teams Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive Windows 10/11 endpoint management and enterprise application support. Solid knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID MFA SSO Conditional Access identity lifecycle management VPN remote access and network connectivity troubleshooting. Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms including Incident Request Change Problem and Knowledge Management processes combined with strong diagnostic log analysis and root cause investigation capabilities.
