Title: Scrum Master Location: Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad Exp: 8 Yrs Job Description: Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement prioritization and sprint planning. Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Coordinate with business technology QA and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery. Track sprint progress delivery metrics and provide clear executive-level status reporting. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining delivery focus. Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team. Required Skills & Experience Preferred Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent).
