Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Hyderabad Exp: 8 Years Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies Partner closely with Engineering Product Architecture and Business stakeholders to define program scope milestones and success metrics Drive delivery of data platform cloud and customer-facing technology initiatives Manage program timelines dependencies risks and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery Facilitate clear communication and executive reporting on program status risks and outcomes Improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices for program governance Agile execution and delivery tracking Coordinate vendor and partner engagements where applicable Ensure alignment with Experians regulatory security and compliance requirements Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles Proven track record of delivering complex distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scale Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) APIs microservices and data engineering concepts Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level reporting Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services credit bureaus fintech or data/analytics-driven companies Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models Certifications such as PMP Scrum or SAFe Required Experience: IC
