AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) Healthcare RCM Eligibility & Skills: Minimum 1 years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Strong understanding of insurance claims denials appeals and reimbursement processes. Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid & CMS-1500 form Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process. Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office. Robust analytical skills. Comfortable working rotational shifts. Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.
