Salary: per month Responsibilities Handle flight reservations ticket issuance and booking management. Process ticket reissuance cancellations and refunds. Use Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems for flight bookings and fare enquiries. Assist customers with itinerary changes ticket modifications and travel-related queries. Coordinate with airlines travel agents and customers to ensure smooth ticketing operations. Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely completion of ticketing tasks. Requirements Bachelors degree is mandatory. 23 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations. Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems. Knowledge of ticket issuance reissuance cancellations and refund procedures. Good communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
