JobSummary

We are looking for an experienced BackendDeveloper with robust expertise in Python and FastAPI to design andbuild scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The idealcandidate will have hands-on experience in API development, database design,system architecture, and deploying highly available applications, preferablywithin fintech or regulated environments.

RequiredSkills & Experience

Must have

·5+ years of backend developmentexperience.

·Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI framework.

Additionalqualifications

·Experience building and managing RESTAPIs, WebSockets, or gRPC services.

·Strong knowledge of databasedesign, query optimization, and ORM tools.

·Experience with asynchronousprogramming and scalable system design.

·Familiarity with microservicesarchitecture and API lifecycle management.

·Understanding of CI/CDpipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment environments.





·Knowledge of secure codingpractices (JWT, OAuth, encryption, etc.).

·Experience working in Agile/Scrumteams.

·Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience or related field preferred.

KeyResponsibilities

·Design, develop, and maintainbackend services using Python and FastAPI.

·Build and manage secure, scalable RESTfulAPIs, WebSockets, and microservices.

·Design and optimize databaseschemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

·Implement authentication,authorization, and secure coding practices aligned with compliance standards.

·Optimize system performance,reliability, and scalability.

·Write clean, well-documented codewith unit and integration tests.

·Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps,QA, and Product teams in Agile sprints.

·Support deployment, monitoring,and troubleshooting of production systems.
