Job Description:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry operations.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.

- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.

- Oversee inventory control, linen management, amenities,



and housekeeping equipment.

- Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B; to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and productivity targets.

- Train and engage team members on sustainable practices and environmental awareness.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Operations.

Proven experience implementing sustainability or environmental initiatives in hospitality.

Minimum 1 Year of experience at the same level.
