About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to work closely with Product and Technology teams to design intuitive, engaging, and consistent digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Figma, a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate customer problems and product requirements into simple, effective, and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences, including user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to understand business requirements, customer needs, and product objectives.

Translate complex customer problems and product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.

Create responsive and consistent designs for both web and mobile applications.

Use Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, UI layouts, and interactive design flows.

Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.

Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional interfaces.

Conduct competitive benchmarking and research industry trends, design patterns, and usability best practices.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability insights to continuously improve product experiences.

Ensure visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and design quality across digital touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design.

-

Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component creation, and high-fidelity UI design.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.

Experience designing digital products for both web and mobile platforms.

Ability to understand user problems and translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.

Knowledge of design systems, reusable components, and UI consistency.

Experience collaborating with Product Managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong visual design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
