Reporting To: Production Manager / Business Owner

1. Job PurposeTo manage and coordinate all production activities, suppliers, job-work units, finishing departments, and quality control processes to ensure timely production, consistent product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery of finished garments.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Supplier & Production Unit ManagementCoordinate with all suppliers, manufacturers, stitching units, printing units, dyeing units, and other job-work vendors.

- Issue production orders and communicate quantities, designs, specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
- Follow up regularly with production units to ensure work progresses according to the production plan.
- Track raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production inputs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and resolve production-related issues.
- Negotiate job-work timelines and coordinate with management regarding costing and supplier performance.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time production completion and delivery.
- Product quality and reduction in rejection rates.




- Reduction in rework, wastage, and missing materials.
- Accuracy of production and inventory records.
- Supplier and production unit performance.
- Finishing and quality inspection turnaround time.
- Adherence to approved production costs and timelines.

3. Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in garment production, merchandising, or vendor coordination.

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, stitching, printing, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Understanding of garment measurements, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and production units simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of Excel, production reports, inventory records, and job-work documentation.
- Strong accountability, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

4. Expected OutcomeThe Production Executive will be responsible for ensuring that every order moves smoothly from supplier coordination to production, finishing, quality approval, and warehouse handover—with the right quantity, quality, cost, and delivery timeline.
