### Kitchen Helper – Job Responsibilities

Job Location: Grant Road, Mumbai Position: Kitchen Helper

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist chefs in daily food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting vegetables.

* Help with basic cooking, frying, reheating, and food assembly as instructed by the chef.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and workstations.

* Assist in preparing ingredients and arranging mise en place before service.

* Support food packing, portioning, and order dispatch.

* Wash and clean utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchen surfaces.

* Receive, arrange, and store raw materials properly in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.

* Follow food safety standards,



including proper handling and separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.

* Assist with stock checking, inventory arrangement, and daily kitchen closing activities.

* Follow instructions from the chef and support smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of kitchen operations preferred.

* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

* Valuable personal hygiene and cleanliness.

* Ability to work during busy service hours.
