Job Description – Telecalling ExecutiveCompany: Jalsrushti Developers

Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, farmhouse plots, and property investment opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
- Generate qualified leads and convince potential customers to schedule site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Update customer details, call remarks, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/AppSheet.
- Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Maintain daily calling records and achieve assigned calling and site visit targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
