Responsibilities:

- Call potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update client details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial calling to final closure.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and follow-up management.
