Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products or services, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and communicate with customers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
