Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote our façade and construction services and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to architects, builders, developers, consultants and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong skilled networks to generate business opportunities.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and generate potential leads.
- Present company services and follow up on client enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain client relationships and convert leads into business.
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular field visit reports.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales/business development in the façade or construction industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for regular field visits.
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be an advantage.
