Job Description: Sales Associate – Gym & Sports AcademyKey Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle enquiries from prospective gym members, parents, students, and sports academy customers.
2. Explain gym memberships, sports programs, coaching plans, fees, and available facilities.
3. Welcome walk-in customers and provide tours of the gym and sports academy.
4. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships, admissions, and program registrations.
5. Assist with membership renewals and student registration follow-ups.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets with support from the team.
7. Maintain customer databases, lead details, and daily sales records in the CRM.
8. Build positive relationships with gym members, parents, students, and prospective customers.
9. Coordinate with trainers, coaches,



and management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
10. Support promotional activities, events, and lead-generation initiatives for both the gym and sports academy.

Required Skills

Preferred Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales, customer service, fitness, sports, or a related industry. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
