Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery Sector

JKJ Jewellers is looking for enthusiastic, confident, customer-oriented, and target-driven Counter Sales Executives for its jewellery showroom at Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

We welcome candidates who have a passion for sales, a qualified personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Candidates with experience in gold, diamond, silver, or luxury jewellery sales will be preferred. Freshers with strong sales potential and a willingness to learn may also apply.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their showroom visit.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets.

- Present and demonstrate gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.

- Explain jewellery designs, purity, weight, making charges, pricing, certifications, and applicable offers accurately.

- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

- Promote applicable jewellery schemes, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.

- Maintain customer enquiry records and follow up with prospective customers.

- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and showroom teams for smooth transactions.

- Ensure proper display, cleanliness,



and presentation of jewellery counters.

- Follow company policies, attendance requirements, dress code, and customer service standards.

- Maintain professional conduct and contribute to overall showroom performance.

3. Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

- Preferred Background: Jewellery retail, luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium customer-facing sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer-handling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.

- Presentable personality and professional attitude.

- Ability to work toward sales targets and performance goals.

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn jewellery billing and inventory systems.

4. Salary and Incentives

- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹40,000, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.

- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹50,000, subject to sales performance and the applicable incentive policy.

- Earning Potential: Attractive salary plus eligible performance incentives.

- Final salary and incentive eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Note: Incentives are performance-based and are not guaranteed fixed earnings.

5. Working Conditions

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Work Location: JKJ Jewellers, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

- Working Hours:



As per the showroom's operational schedule and assigned roster.

- Candidates must be willing to work on weekends, festivals, and during peak retail periods as per the assigned roster.
