What You'll DoSales & Customer Experience

- Drive store revenue and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell games, beverages, memberships, and additional activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Manage events, group bookings, and customer escalations.

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the store team to achieve performance targets.
- Train recent employees and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Conduct monthly team performance reviews and support staff development.
- Manage staffing requirements and shift operations.

Store Operations

- Ensure compliance with SOPs and opening/closing checklists.
- Manage billing,



cash reconciliation, and payment validation.
- Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, equipment maintenance, and gaming equipment safety.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- What We're Looking ForGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, cinema, gaming, or entertainment operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets, team performance, and store operations.
- Work ScheduleMorning shift: 11 AM–8 PM
- Evening shift: 2 PM–11 PM
- Weekend and public holiday working required.
- One weekly off between Monday and Thursday.
