Position: OPD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day OPD operations smoothly

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors and support staff

• Handle patient flow, appointments and coordination

• Ensure proper patient service and smooth OPD functioning

• Manage staff and resolve operational issues

• Maintain records and ensure compliance with centre protocols

• Handle patient queries and coordinate with different departments

Requirements:

• Prior experience in OPD/Hospital Admn/Healthcare management preferred

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination and team-handling abilities

• Computer knowledge is required
