- Must have experience in direct face-to-face client interaction.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Explain property details and negotiate deals with clients.
- Handle sales closures and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Must have proven experience in direct face-to-face sales and client interaction.
- Candidates with only telecalling or inside sales experience are not preferred.
