Job Overview

Cyber Skill Nexus is urgently looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to promote and enroll students in our six-week Cybersecurity Bootcamp program. The candidate will connect with universities, colleges, students, freshers, and recent graduates to explain the training program, highlight its career benefits, and convert interested prospects into registered participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact universities, colleges, placement officers, students, freshers, and college pass-outs to promote our Cybersecurity Bootcamp.

- Explain the six-week training curriculum, program structure, practical learning, career benefits, and job-readiness objectives.

- Conduct admission counseling through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

- Pitch the program confidently, handle objections, follow up with interested candidates, and convert leads into paid enrollments.

- Build relationships with universities, placement departments, student communities, and educational institutions.

- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, enrollment reports, and daily activity updates.

- Achieve daily and monthly registration targets and contribute to successful batch launches.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Prior experience in admission counseling, educational sales, telecalling, business development, or student enrollment is mandatory.

- Excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, strong communication, and professional presentation skills.





- Strong sales pitching, persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.

- A proactive, open-minded, confident, and target-driven personality.

- Ability to explain training programs and their benefits convincingly to students and university representatives.

- Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, and working toward enrollment targets.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Important: Freshers without relevant experience or strong professional communication skills will not be considered. Candidates with proven sales and admission-conversion experience will be preferred.

Work Schedule & Location

- Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

- Work Mode: 100% On-Site

- Location: Ajwa Road, after Sikandarpura, near Rewa Club Life landmark, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Candidates must independently verify the exact office location on Google Maps before attending the interview.
